By accessing or using SEOTools ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SEOTools provides search engine optimization tools including schema markup generation, keyword research, meta tag analysis, SERP analysis, site auditing, and backlink checking. Some features require a paid subscription.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete registration information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond rate limits
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Upload malicious code or content

5. Payment & Refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. All payments are processed via LemonSqueezy. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, refunds are at our sole discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or search rankings.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
